A traditional herbal formula for monthly body tension, cycle comfort, and the places the body feels held.

Cramp Release by WishGarden Herbs is a botanical blend created for those familiar days when the body feels tight, grippy, contracted, or uncomfortable around the menstrual cycle.

At Viriditas, we chose this formula as a more layered alternative to single-herb cramp bark. It combines classic herbs traditionally used for menstrual-cycle support, muscular ease, body comfort, and nervous system settling.

This is not a skincare product, acne treatment, or replacement for medical care. It belongs in the “body rhythm” part of the ritual — the place where cycle shifts, stress, tension, rest, and skin all quietly speak to one another.

Best For

  • Monthly body tension

  • Menstrual-cycle support

  • Those who prefer a multi-herb formula

  • Body discomfort that feels tight, clenched, or contracted

  • Clients who want both cycle and nervous system support

  • Occasional use around tender cycle days

Why We Love It

Cramp bark is one of those traditional herbs many people describe as something they can feel — not in a dramatic way, but as a softening. This formula builds on that traditional use with black haw, wild yam, black cohosh, catnip, and scullcap for a more complete monthly support ritual.

Think of it as a small herbal pause for the body: warmth, water, breath, and plants for the moments when your system is asking to unclench.

How It Fits Into a Skin Ritual

The skin often reflects the state of the whole body. Stress, sleep, inflammation, cycle rhythm, and physical tension can all influence how the skin looks, feels, and recovers.

Cramp Release does not act directly on breakouts, redness, or texture. Instead, it offers traditional support for the body terrain surrounding menstrual rhythm and physical ease.

Pair with hydration, warmth, gentle movement, rest, magnesium-rich foods, and a simple skincare ritual that does not ask too much from an already sensitive system.
